Grange Development offers a wide variety of beautiful home plans, and we work exclusively with a local architect who can customize any one of our plans to fit your needs perfectly. If there's a particular Grange Development plan you like, but would like it larger, smaller, or changed in some other way to better suit your family or lifestyle, it's no problem at all. We'll happily work with you and our architect to customize the plan design to your exact specifications.
If you already have your own blueprint or design completed, we welcome the opportunity to review your plan and provide a bid for construction services. Our quality Construction Management Services can bring your plans to life - allowing you to enjoy the many joys of the home building process (like selecting the finishes throughout your new home), without the headaches that are often involved with being your own general contractor. We are onsite throughout all phases of construction to ensure that your home exceeds all expectations, and with established relationships with many municipalities' building departments, we take care of all requirements:
