For over two decades, Grange Development, Inc. has specialized in building beautiful, quality homes throughout the Southwest Suburbs, including Manhattan, Mokena, New Lenox, Peotone, Green Garden, Shorewood, Joliet and Frankfort. We are currently building single family homes in Vistana and Sara Springs of Frankfort, and ranch villas at Sunset Lakes in neighboring Manhattan, IL.
We have homes available for viewing as well as immediate delivery. Our models are open Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 5 PM or by appointment weekdays. In addition to our models, we invite customers to bring us their own blueprints or designs. Because we have our own carpenters on staff, we can easily build and customize your home to fit not only your life, but your budget as well.
